The study and sampling of viticulture ( growing grapes) and viniculture ( turning them into grapes) plus fortified wines and spirits. At each meeting two different wines are sampled-usually a white and a red, occasionally a rose instead. For each meeting the group has grape expectations! This group meets in the morning of the 3rd Thursday of the month at a private residence.
