Grantham

Gardening

The aim of the group is to develop our knowledge and understanding of plants and the history of gardens and gardening. This is achieved by visits to gardens and gardening events in the area and through talks by visiting speakers.

Meetings usually take place at 2pm on the fourth Friday of the month. Each year we plan to have a community element in our programme, which is usually a talk at the Guildhall Arts Centre, and which is open not only to all u3a members but also to the general public.

If you are a Grantham u3a member and are interested in joining the group, please contact Caroline Bowman on 07940 724480.
